It does not say other limitations.. it says NO OTHER LIMITATIONS ….
No limits, no restrictions..
In other words:
Section 69 says:
For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the provisions of this section are all-inclusive and exhaustive and there is no other limitation, whether substantive or procedural, on the power of the National Assembly to alter this Constitution
In layman’s terms:
It is hereby declared that the provisions of this section include everything, every possible element and there is no restrictions, whether defining rights and duties as opposed to giving the rules by which such things are established or a procedural violation, on the power of the National Assembly to alter this constitution..
That is basically saying that no matter what restrictions are in the constitution, no matter if it is a procedural violation, the National Assembly CAN alter the constitution and do as the so damn please.
And that goes for any damn party not just the UDP.
Now do you get it or do I need to break that down even more?
